This type of study is a high-level investigation and report which identifies and details the project scope of work, whether what is desired is in fact possible, the code implications, cost implications, scheduling impacts as well as high level cost / benefit analysis.

A qualified Mechanical Engineer will perform an appropriate facility study for your project.
