BOLD Engineering Inc. was retained by the Ministry of Community and Social Services to provide engineering services for a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) of the Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare – Regional Children’s Centre – Huot Building at 3901 Connaught Street, Windsor, Ontario.

The Building Condition Assessment included a systematic review of the building’s structure and systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, roofing, cladding, doors and windows, as well as interior finishes and fixtures.
