BOLD Engineering Inc. was retained by Eagleridge Condominium Corporation to provide hashtagengineering services to conduct a Building Condition Assessment and Reserve Fund Study for their facility at 2155 & 2177 Burnhamthorpe Road in Mississauga, ON.
A Building Condition Assessment (BCA) is a systematic inspection, review, and report on the state of a commercial building's structure and systems. Systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, building envelope systems such as roofing, cladding, doors and windows and interior components, including finishes and fixtures.
